Responsibilities and
Accomplishments:
· Team lead, responsible for
overseeing the design, strategic plan, validation, deployment, end-to-end
optimization, tuning, Network error and implementation of cellular network
projects in WCDMA and LTE RAN for Telecom giants AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon
and BAMA with 4G Cellular networks.
· Spearheaded Lab acceptance
testing of SW and HW in LTE and WCDMA as per 3GPP specifications, RAN
features, DUL/DUS, Radio products integrity tests, deployed over the
nationwide networks.
· Provided technical
expertise within project teams; identified and implemented key performance
indicators, operational metrics and resolved SW and HW complex issues in the
network and improved the performance.
· Managed team of RF testers
for Antenna PIM testing of more than 7000 AIR units. Handled logistics,
building test environment, PIM testing, staff management and reports of the
individual Antenna.
· L15B key features tested
with IDL1 and IDL2 cables coupling multiple DUs in same RBS for 20/40 MHz
Carrier Aggregation, DL/UL Comp, AILG, IFLB for throughputs prior to
commercial launch.
· IP Certification TCP/IP networking
protocol 101, that included bridges, routers, gateways, multiplexers, packet
switches, IP4/IPv6 and data communications in LAN/WAN.
· Identified, procured, and
directed consulting services and resources with the scope of project to
execute client strategies, and ensure all technical goals are accomplished
within the budgeted amounts.
· Worked with Ericsson PLM
and PDU in Stockholm(Sweden) and received extensive training and experience
in troubleshooting, network architecture, HW and SW for UTRAN and RAN
products.
· Multi-tasking and cross
organization / functional teams in large and complex technical task forces.

IV - UMTS and GSM
· Led implementation
activities, testing, acceptance, Performance(KPIs), optimization and
commercial deployment of several WCDMA RNCs and thousands of Node-Bs in live
UMTS networks.
· Worked on Ericsson 3G
(WCDMA) trial system for AT&T – integration, System testing and
characteristics evaluation of the trial 3G system deployed in west.

Manager Operations (T-Mobile -
LA/OC)
· Hired, mentored, and
motivated new employees and a number of contractors during most of the time.
Managed local market Switch facilities and O&M staff for T-Mobile’s GSM
network in LA/OC.

BSC2000, RBS3000s. Led Rehoming of RNCs and RBSs too.

ability, accessibility and other key metrics of network.
